Dot Lagoon hesabını ve verilerini silme
Bu sayfa, Visorya Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş.'nin geliştirdiği Dot Lagoon oyunundaki hesabını ve ona bağlı verileri nasıl sildirebileceğini anlatır. Silme ücretsizdir.
Oyunun içinden (en hızlı yol)
- Dot Lagoon'u aç ve Ayarlar'a gir.
- Gizlilik'e dokun.
- Hesabımı sil'e dokun.
- Sil ile onayla.
Hesabın hemen kapanır ve 30 gün sonra kalıcı olarak silinir.
Oyuna erişemiyorsan
Oyunu kaldırdıysan ya da açamıyorsan silme isteğini e-postayla gönderebilirsin:
- support@dotlagoon.com adresine "Dot Lagoon hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder.
Hesabını bulabilmemiz için elindeki bilgileri ekle:
- oyuncu kimliğin (oyunda Ayarlar → Hesap bölümündeki Oyuncu kimliği satırında görünür);
- oyunda satın alma yaptıysan mağaza makbuzundaki sipariş numarası (Apple'da "Order ID", Google Play'de "GPA." ile başlayan numara); oyuncu kimliğini bilmiyorsan hesabını en kolay bununla buluruz;
- hesabını bağladıysan kullandığın Apple ya da Google hesabının e-posta adresi (yalnızca özetiyle eşleştiririz). Apple ile girişte "E-postamı Gizle"yi seçtiysen gerçek adresin eşleşmez; iPhone'unun Apple hesabı ayarlarındaki "Apple ile Giriş Yap" listesinde Dot Lagoon'un altında görünen
…@privaterelay.appleid.com adresini yaz; - cihaz modeli, platform (iOS ya da Android) ve yaklaşık son oynama tarihi.
- Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. İsteğini en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırır ve sana yanıt veririz.
E-posta adresini yalnızca bu isteği yürütmek ve yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek için kullanırız.
İpucu: Oyunu aynı iPhone ya da iPad'e yeniden yüklersen hesabın çoğunlukla geri gelir; o zaman oyunun içinden de silebilirsin.

Oyuncu kimliğine bağlı verilerin silinmesini hizmet sağlayıcılarımızdan (AppsFlyer, RevenueCat) da isteriz; oyunun içinden sildiysen cihazındaki Firebase kurulum kimliğini de sileriz. Firebase Crashlytics çökme kayıtları en geç 90 günde kendiliğinden silinir.

Veritabanı yedekleri döngüseldir; silinen veriler yedeklerden de en geç 35 gün içinde çıkar.
Bilmen gerekenler
- Silinen ilerleme, altın ve güçlendiriciler geri getirilemez ve iade edilmez.
- Reklamları Kaldır gibi kalıcı mağaza ürünlerini, aynı Apple ya da Google hesabıyla yeni bir oyun hesabında "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri alabilirsin.
- Oyunda abonelik yoktur; silme işlemi mağazadaki bir ödemeyi başlatmaz ya da durdurmaz. Mağaza satın alma geçmişin Apple ya da Google'da kalır.
- Uygulamayı cihazından kaldırmak hesabını silmez.
- Hesabını silmeden yalnızca bazı verilerin silinmesini istersen (ör. bir destek talebi) aynı e-posta adresine yaz. Oyun olaylarının gönderilmesini Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Kullanım verilerini paylaş ile kapatabilirsin.

Delete your Dot Lagoon account and data
This page explains how to have your account in Dot Lagoon, the game developed by Visorya Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş., and the data linked to it deleted. Deletion is free.
From inside the game (fastest)
- Open Dot Lagoon and go to Settings.
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with Delete.
Your account is closed at once and permanently deleted after 30 days.
If you cannot open the game
If you have uninstalled the game or cannot open it, you can send your deletion request by e-mail:
- Send an e-mail with the subject "Dot Lagoon account deletion" to support@dotlagoon.com.
Include what you have so we can find your account:
- your player ID (shown in the game in the Player ID row of Settings → Account);
- if you bought something in the game, the order number from the store receipt (Apple's "Order ID", or the number starting with "GPA." on Google Play); if you do not know your player ID, this is the easiest way for us to find your account;
- if you linked your account, the e-mail address of the Apple or Google account you used (we match it only against its hash). If you chose "Hide My Email" with Sign in with Apple, your real address will not match; send the
…@privaterelay.appleid.com address shown under Dot Lagoon in the "Sign in with Apple" list of your iPhone's Apple Account settings; - your device model, platform (iOS or Android) and roughly when you last played.
- We may ask for more information to confirm the account is yours. We complete your request and reply within 30 days at the latest.
We use your e-mail address only to handle this request and to meet our legal obligations.
Tip: if you reinstall the game on the same iPhone or iPad, your account usually comes back; you can then also delete it from inside the game.
What is deleted
- your player ID, device record and session keys
- your profile: nickname, avatar, friend code, country, language, time zone, age group
- your progress, stars, coins, lives, boosters and cloud save
- friendships, team membership, leaderboard entries and inbox
- support requests and screenshots
- your push token and notification settings
- life gifts, team race contributions and team records
- account linking data (Apple or Google user ID and e-mail hash); if you used Sign in with Apple, the app's link to your Apple account is also revoked
We also ask our service providers (AppsFlyer, RevenueCat) to delete data linked to your player ID, and if you delete your account in the game we also delete the Firebase installation ID on your device. Firebase Crashlytics crash records are deleted automatically within 90 days.
What is kept, and for how long

Database backups rotate; deleted data also leaves the backups within 35 days at the latest.
Good to know
- Deleted progress, coins and boosters cannot be restored and are not refunded.
- Permanent store products such as Remove Ads can be restored on a new game account with the same Apple or Google account through "Restore purchases".
- The game has no subscriptions; deleting your account neither starts nor stops any store payment. Your purchase history stays with Apple or Google.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
- If you want only some data deleted (for example a support request) without deleting your account, write to the same e-mail address. You can stop game events from being sent with Settings → Privacy → Share usage data.
